1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder (or carob)
1 small banana
1/4- 1/3 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp hempseeds
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spoon the mixture into muffin papers placed in a muffin tin. Fill to desired amount – this depends on how big you want your peanut butter cup to be. Put into the freezer. Once frozen store in a air tight container.
